Retail

The owner of a lumberyard was having a hard time with the management of his line of credit due to the payment terms agreements he had with suppliers and customers.  Niche Consulting Services implemented a Cash Flow Management system that helped the business owner make the adjustments necessary to improve the handling of payables and receivables.

Hospitality 

The management staff for a restaurant had communication issues that caused problems with purchasing, labor scheduling, and event management.  Niche Consulting Services coordinated working sessions with the employees and developed a functional chart that helped clarify how each team member's duties and responsibilities related to the overall operation of the restaurant.

Real Estate

The client is a managing partner of a company that owns a couple of apartment complexes (each with at least 80 units).  She needed to have a way to keep track of all the financial reports and provide budget forecasts to the other business partners.  Niche Consulting Services worked with the indivual to understand how the financial information was obtained by the client and provided QuickBooks training to the individual to ensure that such information could be entered and reported properly.

Health Care

The new owners of a family practice needed to understand the its historical financial performance and what needed to be done to improve the business.  Niche Consulting Services  worked alongside another consulting firm who specializes in Medical Practice Management to standardize the practice's chart of accounts.  We also provided benchmark reports that showed the owners how the practice was doing with respect to similar ones in the industry.

A newly established company that specializes in the installation and implementation of Practice Management and Electronic Medical Records software asked Niche Consulting Services to document the process so that  it could be used to train new staff.  This assignment required us to be involved in all the phases of the process, as well as conferences with the owners of the company and their clients in order to put the document together.
